Headphones for two-ear tones. Nature sounds and music play only from a file you already have. Start quiet. Stop if anything feels wrong. This is not a medical device, and a frequency here does not claim a biological result.
Personal experiment 200 Hz in one ear and 208 Hz in the other. The 8 Hz difference is a stimulus you can test, not a proven brain state.
Beat difference 8.0 Hz. That number is arithmetic, not a brain-wave measurement.
