The night stays here

Dream journals can be extremely personal. This lab keeps them on this device by default. There is no account, and there is no silent upload of dreams, notes, or recordings.

• Journal text, experiments, and notebook entries are stored in this browser. Clearing site data clears the lab unless you exported a backup.
• Voice recordings are audio files in a private browser database on this phone. They are not included in the text backup, and they are not sent to a server.
• Speech-to-text uses the browser's on-device recognizer when it exists. If a browser vendor routes recognition to their cloud, that is their browser, not this lab. The page tells you when recognition is unavailable.
• The visualizer only copies a brief to your clipboard. It does not call an image generator.
• Sound is synthesized or played from a file you choose. Your music file is not uploaded.
• On Android, the browser can install this lab to the home screen so it opens like an app. Use the browser menu, Install app or Add to Home screen. That does not create an account.
